Orbfall may store the following information to provide gameplay features:

• Gameplay progress, including completed levels, stars, scores, currencies, boosters, and settings
• Purchase restoration state for in-app purchases
• Sign in with Apple account identifier and optional display name, if you choose to sign in
• Game Center achievement and leaderboard activity managed through Apple services
• iCloud key-value sync data, if you choose to sign in and use sync features

2. How Information Is Used

We use this information to:

• Save and restore your game progress
• Enable iCloud progress sync across your devices
• Support Sign in with Apple account state
• Restore eligible in-app purchases
• Support Game Center achievements and leaderboards
• Maintain app settings and gameplay preferences

3. Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in with Apple, Orbfall stores your Apple-provided user identifier and, if available, your display name. This information is used only to identify your account for app features such as syncing progress.

4. iCloud Sync

If you sign in, Orbfall may sync your progress data using Apple iCloud key-value storage so that progress can be shared across devices associated with the same Apple account.

5. Game Center

If you use Game Center, Apple may process leaderboard and achievement data according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices. We do not control Apple's processing of Game Center data.

6. In-App Purchases

Orbfall offers in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are processed by Apple. Orbfall may store local purchase restoration state so owned content can be restored appropriately.

7. Tracking and Advertising

Orbfall does not use third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking in the current version of the app.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers. Some data may be processed by Apple when you use Apple services such as Sign in with Apple, iCloud, Game Center, or in-app purchases.

9. Data Retention

Gameplay and account-related data may remain on your device until you delete the app or reset progress. Keychain-stored account information may remain until you sign out or remove the app data from your device. Synced iCloud data may remain in your Apple account subject to Apple's systems and policies.

10. Your Choices

You may:

• Play without signing in
• Sign out of your Apple account within the app
• Disable or avoid using Game Center features
• Reset local progress from within the app
• Delete the app to remove local app data from your device

11. Children's Privacy

Orbfall is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children except as necessary to provide Apple platform features selected by the user.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
