Frequently Asked Questions
How do I save my progress?
Your progress is saved automatically on your device. To sync progress across devices, sign in with Apple in Settings > Account and iCloud sync will be enabled automatically.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the Shop screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
My progress disappeared. What do I do?
If you were signed in with Apple and had iCloud sync enabled, reinstall the app, sign in with Apple again, and your progress should restore. If you were not signed in, local progress may not be recoverable after the app is deleted.
How do I reset my progress?
You can reset your local progress from the app settings. Note that this action cannot be undone.
Does Orbfall require an internet connection?
Orbfall can be played offline. An internet connection is needed for iCloud sync, Game Center features, and in-app purchases.
Where are Game Center features?
If Game Center is enabled on your device, your scores are automatically submitted to leaderboards. You can view rankings through the in-app Game Center dashboard.
